Hi

I've reviewed the documentation re High CPU and it would seem that

currently I have 2 charts - one is a 24 hour session chart and the other is a day session chart. I am using the Study/price overlay Study in the 24 hour chart to reference HLOC studies in the day session. However, the CPU usage is higher than I would like. Is there an alternative method of drawing these lines (rather than manually).

Cheers

Eliza

You first need to determine what is causing the high CPU usage. None of this sounds like an issue.

What other studies are on these charts?

simple spreadsheet formulas. regression channel, time line, bid ask volume, session min.max

When I say High CPU, its 8% for each instance.(3). I split into 3 as one instance was running at 15%

Chart Display is 400ms

Are you noticing the user interface of Sierra Chart, to be less responsive than you want with the current configuration?

It was less responsive on Friday under the One Instance setup - that is why I change to 3 instances over the weekend. I thought it would drop the CPU usage more than it has. I will monitor performance under current set up and if there is an issue I will create another support ticket.
