Please Fix Bars Draw Style Graphical Glitch

This one pixel glitch is driving me crazy. Bars drawing style is one pixel different on the bottoms for different bar width.

Width of two and higher bars all draw the same at the bottom. But size one bars draw one pixel longer at the bottom. See attached. This is visible when overlaying multiple Bar Top/Bar Bottom drawings.

Update: After looking closely at the glitch, the problem is that bars wider than one pixel are drawn one pixel short on the bottom.

OpenGL? Using standard Intel/Nvidia system. I thought Sierra just used native windows pixel painting for rendering.

You can select a graphical renderer?

The setting to decide whether to use OpenGL is the following:
Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)

Let us know if this is set to Yes or No on your system.
