Hi, when I try and load the CME 3-month SOFR data the scaling appears incorrect except for the most recent days data, which leads to a big gap up in the chart. I have tried deleting and reloading the data but still reverts to the original. I also checked the data via the ‘Edit Data’ option, and it actually looks correct, but the scaling applied in the chart is not. Is there a work around or a way I can adjust the scaling? I have attached images of the chart with and without the last data point and also the data in the Edit Data screen.

Thanks
Chris

It looks like you have the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Historical Chart Multiplier set to a value other than 1. Check this and change it to 1 if is not already. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Historical Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

There is a problem on the Sierra Chart side with this.

1.
Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

2.Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

3. Set the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Historical Price Multiplier back to .01.
