Once connected to SC via CQG order routing, how are NinjaTrader customers able to trade directly from Sierra Chart? Which data feed should be activated or used to do so - CQG, Denali or Teton? |

Hi Jason Cheyney, the system is recognizing that you have connected to your Futures Trading Account at Interactive Brokers, connecting to Interactive Brokers each month, like you have done, verifies you as a Non-Professional. In your case you don't need NinjaTrader Brokerage when you have your Interactive Brokers Account. Now please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME |

Hi User90125, If you will be using the Denali Exchange Data Feed integrated with CQG WebAPI Order Routing because the CQG WebAPI Login Credential are what you received from NinjaTrader, follow the instructions here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services (note: the key element of the set-up instructions is step #5, please enable [Common Settings]: "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds"="Yes") User90125, we would always like to see you use our Real-time Exchange Data via Denali, even when you are using CQG WebAPI Order Routing or Rithmic Order Routing, the documentation above speaks to that configuration.
