am not getting MBO data or Bed/Ask pulling & Stacking on my Dom when i uses Rhythmic Data. Please help me with this. any thing i can do to get that information on my Dom ? i am getting everything else beside that. thank you |

We see that you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME exchange. Are you using our data or Rithmic data? There should not be an issue with the Bid/Ask Pulling and Stacking as long as you are getting the Market Depth data. Are you getting Market Depth or just the Best Bid/Ask? In terms of the MBO, this is only available when using the Denali data. There are also a couple of items that need to be setup properly.
