Hi,
Yesterday I paid the subscription renewal for pack 3, and today I can no longer connect to SierraChart.
(I have AMP Futures with CQG data and order routing).

What should I do?
I have seen that it is necessary to upgrade to pack 10 for it to work.
Would it be possible for me to make the change at the same cost of pack 3 for this time, keeping the subscription time?

I also wanted to know about the Denalli data, I see that the 10 pack "includes" Denalli, but I don't know what kind of data and which markets.
Is the Denalli data included in the 10-pack payment or do I have to pay for the data separately?
I would only be interested in "Top of Book" data from CME/GLOBEX, which would be the same as the Denalli data.
"Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts".
If I were compensated, I would look at changing the CQG data to Denalli.

Thanks

There have been a few changes that we have made recently. One of them is the need to be on one of the Integrated packages (Package 10, 11, and 12) in order to be able to connect to a trading service or get real-time data.

We see that you have already changed to Package 10, so you are good there.

Another change is that we no longer allow for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. As such, you will need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Being on Package 10 does not give you the real-time data, it just makes it possible to get it. You will still need to go through the Setup Instructions and eventually activate and pay for, the exchanges you want. The Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group Data is at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

In terms of the exchanges the difference between the "CME top-of-book" and "Full CME Group" is that the "CME Top-of-Book" is just the CME exchange, it is not the full CME Group (which is composed of 4 exchanges - CME, COMEX, NYMEX, and CBOT). The "Full CME Group" gives you data for all 4 of the CME group exchanges.

Note that both of these options do not include Market Depth data. If you do not need Market Depth, then you would choose the appropriate one of the above, otherwise you would need to select an exchange that is listed as having Market Depth.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
