DOM chart missing information

Good Morning. My DOM chart only shows two proceeding number ones in both the buy/sell columns. I'm using the SC Data setting and as far as I know I did purchase the correct package. Number bars (Footprint) work just fine. How can I get my DOM chart to display all of the correct information?
