Hi, Since Monday, I see a lack of data (on the image). Before, everything was ok and it occured only when I opened my platform on sunday. I have this problem only on ES.CME and MES, everything is ok on ZB and UB.CBOT. I tried many times to "delete and download data" but the problem remains. I tried on ninja trader and I don't have this lack of data. Can you help?

I’ve seen them before. With other platforms like ninja trader and rithmic trader pro, there is no data concern so the problem comes from sierra and its parameters. Something’s changed since this weekend that I have a quote hole that I didn’t have last week. And I only have this problem on the ES and MES indices. The other assets are good. The problem must come from the parameters, but I do not understand since until now everything was normal

We have not made any changes to our interface to Rithmic. If you feel there has been a change, then you would need to ask Rithmic about this.

Ok, I will manage on my own and if the problem persists, I will stop using sierra and turn to ninjatrader, thank you

You need to use the Denali Data Feed. Do not rely upon Rithmic data. The the data problems will be immediately solved by using our data feed.
