Thanks for the Package 12 trial. How do I activate it? Meanwhile, I still can't get historical data from IB. Also, I tried to update to Package 11 but can't do it until the end of the month! Why? I want to upgrade and give you money but can't seem to do that. Please help. |

We do not provide any help for historical data from Interactive Brokers. You can change your service package any time. And you are already on service package 11 with an evaluation of service package 12. You are enabled for the Denali Data Feed and the CME Group. So we can help you with market data for those symbols. CL Light Sweet Crude contract for Dec NYMEX. It is configured as: Chart > Chart Settings > Symbol: CL-202212-NYMEX I still can't receive overnight historical data when I login in the morning. I must be doing something wrong with one of the settings somewhere but can't find out what it is. Help! |

Most likely it is the Session Times, and you do not have the Evening Session enabled, or, if you prefer, the Start and End times are not covering the 24 hour period.
