i have two laptops with sierra on and none of the data is moving on my charts they have been frozen im new to this so maybe im missing something but the status bar says its connected but none of my charts are moving

If you are looking at futures data from the CME Group, then the chart would not have been updating for the past hour since most of the CME Group instruments have a break between 16:00 and 17:00 Central US Time. If this is the situation you are seeing, then you should be getting the data flowing again right now.

Keep in mind that you are using our Delayed Streaming Data, so for the CME Group the data is behind by 10 minutes and 10 seconds. For EUREX the data is behind by 15 minutes.
