I have 2 computers. On my old computer I'm trying to send old chart files to the new computer's account. I think I recieved them (per picture attached), but how do I now open them in the Sierra Program? https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=70778 |

As it states, those files will be automatically downloaded when you start Sierra Chart on the new computer. Therefore, just select File >> Open Chartbook and they will be there. You will just want to ensure that if you make changes to the chartbooks that you save them under a different name. Otherwise, each time you start Sierra Chart, it will redownload the file and overwrite what you had done previously. Therefore, if you just need the files the one time, then you will want to remove those files from your download list by selecting the link for Enabled Studies and Files Set to Download on the main Account Control Panel on our website.
