I had an issue arise from Rithimic trading setup with historical data so I plan to switching to denali feed and was wondering if i could get package 10 and denali feed for the rest of the month since its nearing the end of the month? I have to renew after this month anyway so i can figure out the best setup for me to start next month.

When you change your Sierra Chart package, your Usage Time will adjust to reflect the difference in the prices. If you actually go from Package 5 to Package 10, then the cost is the same so your time would not change. But, in order to have the same capabilities (Numbers Bars and TPO profiles), you would need to be on Package 11, which would mean that your Usage Time would decrease and your renewal date would move inward. We are not sure what you are asking in terms of the exchange. If this is your first time using the Denali data, then the exchange fee will be free for the remainder of the month, as the CME Group gives a 1 time trial. You will then need to pay for the full month starting on November 1, 2022. Otherwise, if you have used the data previously, then you would need to pay the full amount for the remainder of the month (the exchanges do not pro-rate their fees). To change your package, follow these instructions: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. I only need sierra for charting. I make trades via different method so in this case can I just pay for Denali feed and upgrade to package 11 and have data? Or do i need a CQG?

You need to connect to your live, funded, trading account at least once a month in order to qualify for the non-professional CME Group fees. Ok. So I would i be able to use package 5 with Denali feed and cqg routing?

No, you would still need to be on Package 11, as that is required to get the Denali Data as well as to make the connection to CQG (even though it would only be once a month).
