Hi - new user to Sierra. Under 'Activate Services' am seeing a lot of options. Packages start with 3,5,9,11,12...etc. What is the difference between them ? Where can i get more details to be able to choose the right service ? Looking to enable footprint. |

Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages If you are wanting Footprints (Numbers Bars) and you are going to be trading directly from Sierra Chart, then you will want to be on Package 11 - Integrated Advanced. The only difference between Package 11 and 12 is the Market by Order data. thanks. I would like to go ahead with Package 11. I tried account management - activate service options to pick the 6 months item there. But i am not able to proceed. It threw me to a screen that i need to pay $10 first. Is it because am on a trial account ? How do i make this a live account ? Any extra charge to make it live ? |

The cost for Package 11 for 6 months is $220.80. Therefore, you need to have at least this much in your account. Thanks John. I have initiated payment of $240 through paypal. How long does that take to reflect ? Once that is done, can i go ahead activating Package 11 ? Will that activation be instant or again delay of some days ? |
