Hi there, I need to know how I can have real time data for SP500, Dax, Gold, and Crude Oil futures contracts with order book. I've the 12 - Integrated Advanced MBO package. Do I need to subscribe any other services? Also, what kind of delay is to be expected for NYMEX, COMEX, CME and EUREX if the case? Thanks, |

We see that you have setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data. You should be getting that data in real-time. Let us know if you are having an issue. You also mention that you want the DAX data. If you still want this, then you will need to enable the appropriate exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedEUREX#Exchanges --- We see that for the CME Group data you activated the following two exchange options: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts - CME non-professional top-of-book You do not need both of these. If you need data for all of the CME Group, then keep the first option and deactivate the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" as that data is included with the first option.
