You are having a problem with Rithmic data, for which we do not give any support. Refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy We recommend using our Denali Exchange Data feed. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The Activate Services page shows that Denali is activated as part of my Service Package. Please investigate this issue and advise. Tom |

We see that you did have the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts activated for your account in September, but it did not renew for October - it looks like the exchange was specifically deactivated. In order to get the data from our Denali Feed again, you just need to activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

It was deactivated due to lack of funds. Will keep an eye on it. After reactivation and initial load, a month of ES data was missing, so I deleted and downloaded, and everything is now current. This ticket can now close. Thank you, Tom |
