Hello, I am needing help with my DOM. I have searched your website and I am not able to figure out how to get the open orders to display in the buy and sell columns on the DOM it is only showing one order at the buy and one order at the sell. I would like to be able to see multiple orders waiting to be filled in the buy and sell columns on the DOM. Thank you!

Refer to the following to ensure it is not something in your setup: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels You are not setup to get any real-time data from us, therefore we assume you are getting your data from Rithmic. If this is correct, then you would need to check with Rithmic on why you are not getting the Market Depth data.
