Hello, I'm trying to activate real time S&P Indices to be able to receive $INX real time data feed, but unfortunately I am not able to activate the S&P Indices feed. There is enough funds in my account for this Data feed. Please advice on the issue in hand. Thank you, Mehraz. |

Hi Mehraz, $INX real time data is a part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (which is actually operated by BarChart), the complete set-up instructions are here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions There are 2 parts to attaining Real-time S&P Cash Indices Data, you must first activate a Real-time Data connection (paying BarChart a pro-rated monthly amount, up to $25), before you can then activate the exchanges that you need. https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_RealTimeDataConnections If you wish I can give you a quick call to help with this process, note that you will need to complete all the Market Data Agreements put in front of you by BarChart even if you ultimately don't want to activate all the exchanges that relate to those Market Data Agreements. |
