NYMEX Symbols Not Working

Hi, I'm using an AMP CQG account with Sierra Chart data. When I try to create a chart with a NYMEX symbol, I receive a message saying "Real-time data only support with Sierra Chart data feed..." or "Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed. Symbols from CME work fine, however. This is specific to NYMEX. I've tried searching old support threads, but haven't found an answer. Thanks! |

You are not setup to get any real-time data from the NYMEX exchange from us. You only have the CME exchange active. You can add the NYMEX exchange you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
