hi,
I have Sierra Chart account with AMP futures (Denali/CQG). Do you have a Web or Mobile app that I can use for charting and trading or I am stuck with only the desktop app?

We do not have a web-based trading option for CQG.

We do, however, have one for our Teton Order Routing Service. It looks like AMP is finishing up their work on this option, so if you want to stay with AMP, you could switch to our Teton Order Routing and have access to the web-based option when they make this available. In addition, you could save some money as the Teton Order Routing does not have any fees.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I checked with them, they don't offer it. Can you name some brokerages that offer Teton Order Routing Service?

Can I set up multiple charts on one page? Do you have some demo login I can try out before I switch to another broker?

We are not exactly sure of what you are wanting in this case.

There is a study called Add Additional Symbol that will let you add additional symbols to the chart, if that is what you want to do. Refer to the following:
Add Additional Symbol

If you are looking for different layouts, then there are several options under the Windows menu related to tiling. Refer to the information starting here:

I just switched to Teton order routing and I am able to login to web-based trading, but don't see charts there, are they not part of the panel?

There are no charts as part of the Web-Based Trading Panel for the Teton Order Routing Service. It just allows you to enter orders or close out positions.

Will you be offering charting on web or mobile apps any time soon, or we are stuck with the platform for the time being. It would be very useful to pull up a chart while I am at work and not able to run your trading platform on company laptop

We do not have any current plans to offer a web-based charting option.

FYI, CQG has a mobile app, also tradingview mobile app charts support trading integration with CQG, IB, etc (can execute these in SC). Another good mobile app with charts and free realtime data with an account is thinkorswim (no longer able to execute in SC).

Yes, I know that, but for all of this services you have to pay extra. I am surprised and disappointed to find out that Sierra Chart doesn't offer mobile or web based charting. I assumed that when John - SC Support mentioned web-based trading above, that meant charting as well as any trading app today will have it. I switched to Teton from CQG and now I will have to switch back.
