updated to level 10 but no market profile

I was on level 5 for years with you and kept getting notifications to move to level 10. so i did as no additional cost. however now i dont have the market profile tool Whats that all about? |

Package 10 does not include the Market Profile. You need to be on Package 11, which is $10.00 more per month than Package 5 is. Are you trading direct from Sierra Chart? Or are you just using it with our Delayed Streaming Data for charting? If you are just using the system for charting and using the Delayed Streaming Data, then you can be on Package 5.
