How can I assign a hotkey to the anchored vwap study?

What exactly do you want to do? And what study are you referring to?

I want to be able to run a Vwap for a leg. ECI Anchored vwap is a user contributed study I'm using. But if there is a different one than I can use that too.

Since the ECI Anchored VWAP is a User Contributed Study, we can not help with it.

There is our standard VWAP study which allows you to set a reset time for the VWAP. Refer to the following:
Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) with Standard Deviation Lines

But we are still not certain what it is exactly that you want to do with the "Hotkey" and the study.

If it is to place the VWAP on the chart, then you would need to do this by creating a Study Collection of that study and then you can assign a Control Bar button to add the Study Collection to the chart. You can then add a Keyboard Shortcut for that Control Bar button. Refer to the following:
Control Bar: Control Bar Study Collection Buttons and Keyboard Shortcuts

You may also want to setup your Study Collection to not remove all the other studies from the chart. Refer to the following:
Study Collections: Adding a Study Collection Without Clearing Existing Studies On The Chart (Prompt to Remove Existing Studies)
