Need help getting data

I am a new subscriber. I have downloaded the SC software. I can obtain data for some instruments, but when I try to get data for F.US.EPZ22, I get nothing and a message that says "Download failed historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed". I am sure it is a simple fix but it is beyond me capabilities to fix the problem. Can you help please? Thanks. Keith |

You are not setup to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. At this point, we are not bringing in data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX, therefore for these exchanges you need to use our Denali data.
