Hello, I recently added the NYSE feed from bar chart however the feed still shows 10 to 15 minutes behind the ES. > I have spoken to bar chart twice and they tell me the feed is set up correctly and that I should check with you. > Are there some settings that I need to change in order to get the $TICX to be real time? |

We need to see the Message Log. Provide it by following these instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#log You should use the symbol $TICK. We are not sure how well $TICX will work. Correction FYI: this is the message you get each time you open Sierra charts before you open any of your actual charts. Technical Notice- A completely new market statistics data feed is now being provided. There are new symbols for this data feed. The old symbols like $TICK are no longer supported. For complete instructions and the symbol list, refer to Market Statistics. |

Yes this is true. Is there a problem you are having with the new statistics data feed ? It is documented here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SCMarketStatistics.php You need to be on a current version of Sierra Chart to use it.
