could you please tell me how to make the dafafeed Rhitmic accesible fot two laptops? i have just opened a new account with AMP FUTURES, funded with 5000 usd, they sent me some access keys (username and password) to access the datafeed Rhitmic, but it is available only for one PC. and i need it to be available for more then one, i have paid sierra licence for two PCs and i use two PC, one for home, and one for travelling. the broker told me i should contact the Sierra Chart support to make it possible on two pc, so could you plese tell me how to do it? |

You are on Sierra Chart package 5 which means Sierra Chart can be used on 3 computers at the same time with a single account. You do not need another Sierra Chart account. Package 3 supports using Sierra Chart on 2 systems at the same time. To be able to connect to your Rithmic account from more than one copy of Sierra Chart, you will need to have AMP increase the number of allowed simultaneous connections for your Rithmic account.
