Hi, I just activated U.S. Equities real time data, downloaded the latest version (1139) and accepted the exchange agreement. Now, when I open a daily chart of any stock, the price is not getting updated in real time. Is there any other configuration that I am missing? I am connected to IB TWS and my trading service is set to IB. Thanks. |

For ex: aapl, rig. When I load the data, it looks like the data is correct at the moment. It does not get updated after that though. I am on a daily chart.

We noticed a problem with delayed historical data and have corrected that. One of the servers is also not delivering a complete real-time stock data stream and that server has been disabled from sending stock data. We are now going to be testing the data feed when using Interactive Brokers. We did run a test previously and it did work properly. It did not make any difference when I changed the service to 'SC exchange data'. Also, I cannot use 'SC exchange data' for CME data.

Thank you for this. We see what the problem is. Please allow about two hours for this to get resolved. It is a firewall issue on the server side issue.
