Hi I made a peyment of 36 dolars, but despite to rollover symbol, I don't see any volume. I see volume 0. Could you please hep with what is exact problem ?

We are not sure why you are getting zeros for the current contracts. We can understand for the further out ones, but ESZ22-CME should be giving you the delayed information. Please open a chart for ESZ22-CME and ensure you are getting the data for that instrument. Please update to the latest release. You may be on a version that does not have support for the delayed streaming data, as there were some changes a few months ago.
