I have a custom DOM template from TicinoTrader but I am unable to upload it to sierra charts and would like some assistance. I have referred to the 'using advanced custom studies' page but after going into 'general settings' i am still unable to figure out how to upload/save the cht. file to 'data files folder' |

Also refer to the instructions here: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Sharing a Chartbook with Another User or Copying it to Another Installation For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I tried to copy and paste 'C:\Users\lance\Downloads\Logs\RTH (3).Cht' into the 'Data Files Folder' which like you said had 'C:\SierraChart\Data' by default. In essence, I deleted 'C:\SierraChart\Data' and paste 'C:\Users\lance\Downloads\Logs\RTH (3).Cht' into the box, then I pressed 'A' then 'Apply all' However, after checking 'open chart book' I am still unable to see this file. |

You should not have done anything with any of the settings for Sierra Chart. Wherever you changed the path that you mentioned above, be sure to change it back to what it was previously. You need to use the Windows File Explorer to copy and paste the file from wherever it is on your computer to the Data folder for Sierra Chart. You do this outside of Sierra Chart, and it is best to not have Sierra Chart running when you copy/paste files. Again, this is all covered in the following section of the documentation: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Sharing a Chartbook with Another User or Copying it to Another Installation For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
