Hi, I am connected to Rithmic data services however pay for various sierra data services however whenever I remove my 'Market Data' User/Pass and/or 'Historical Data' User/Pass I no longer receive any data. I have the "Allow support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" On "Yes". Any help would be much appreciated. https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=69736 |

The reason you are not getting real-time and historical data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported trading service, then refer to this solution: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Consider the above solution to avoid this problem in the future. I thought I had verified this by singing the document for the CME group with the name of the company that I have my live futures account with, they are called "tradovate" which is the company I submitted the statement for in the previous message. Kind regards, Saul |

You also need to connect your Sierra Chart to that trading account to validate your status. You need to do this at least once a month. You should be setup with CQG for order routing with your Tradeovate account. In which case, follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to your Tradeovate account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Also refer to the following regarding how to connect once a month, if you are not going to stay connected: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
