Every time I log into Sierra, it closes out my Rithmic session? Somethings not right. Thx-

I connected to Sierra and entered in my user name and PW for Rithmic. I selected Service Package 12 with Denali data, but when I log on the window referenced Rithmic Direct? That didnt seem right to me so I wanted to check with you.

It is correct that you would select "Rithmic Direct - DTC" for the Rithmic connection.

As to closing out another Rithmic session, this would be to Rithmic not allowing multiple connections. You would need to check with your broker about this to be certain.

From what I understand, Rithmic is who I am executing with, but Im using Denali for charting. I only have to connect to Rithmic once a month so you can valifdate my active account, which I did, then went back to SC. You shouldnt need to have an active login to Rithmic in my case, other then once a month when I momentarily log in for the validation, correct?

You are correct. If you are only using Sierra Chart for charting, then when you are not connected to Rithmic to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group, then you would want to keep the Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services (or perhaps "Trading Evaluator" if you want to use our Trading Evaluator service).

When you do the above, then you do not need to worry about Sierra Chart using the connection to Rithmic.
