I just bought a new Alienware machine with windows 11 installed, I checked and it appears that is not a problem, but the OS says this app cannot run on this computer...
Device name  Alien
Processor  12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700F 2.10 GHz
Installed RAM  16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
Device ID  5B2F226A-B545-4B20-BA39-3E2513A7F1DD
Product ID  00342-20941-78037-AAOEM
System type  64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch  No pen or touch input is available for this display

I am trying to install the latest version of SC. Can you help troubleshoot?

Can you provide a screenshot of the error message that you see when you run Sierra Chart, so we can understand this precisely.

We apologize for the delay. We needed some time to consider this and have not gotten around to it until now. We are not sure why this is happening. Are you still having a problem?

We have released a new version with a certificate. Can you try again now and you try using the ZIP installer:
Software Download: Sierra Chart Zip Installer

Use the latest version which is 2443.

Thanks for investigating this. I did finally get it installed by using the zip method. I have not tried to update.... hesitant to do so. I could not figure out what was blocking the installer.... even had Dell do some diagnostics and updates. But I was able to just stick it in there via zip and tho not ideal, it worked.

Using the zip file is perfectly fine and when you want to update you simply need to extract the zip file for the latest version into the Sierra Chart installation folder and that is it. It will not cause any problems at all.

Sierra Chart will then be up-to-date. Just make sure you extract the files when Sierra Chart is not running.
