The problematic data from Interactive Brokers has rendered my charts useless for about a week now. Reading client comments on the Support Board as well as your explanatory posts thus far, I must admit that it's all going way over my head technically. As you recommend, when I attempt to upgrade (from the reliable Version 2282) to Version 2436, the dialog boxes appear radically different - those under Global Settings, for example. Please help. I'm a big supporter of Sierra Chart. If necessary, will pay for individual assistance. Thanks.

You must update to the latest version of Sierra Chart to solve the historical data problem. There is no other possibility. Have updated to Version 2436. Not the solution unfortunately: Interactive Brokers data still incomplete on all charts for this latest Version 2436 - charts look just as incomplete as they did on older Version 2282.

We do not provide help for Interactive Brokers data problems. However, first re-download the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
