Text Display from Chart - Pin to Last Price?

Is there an option to have the text display from chart tool...be pinned to scale the last price...or within range of the last price like on the price ladder? I am displaying chart data from Numbers bars Calc Values 2 on to ladder...but I would like it to stay within a constant range of prices to remain visible...I have tried the scaling options on settings inputs tab...doesn't seem to work for this tool.

This study, and any of the others that draw text are not going to work as you wanting, where they would be pinned to a price level, but not scroll with the bars when they move. The reason for this is that these items are drawings, and we only have two text drawing options - Text and Stationary Text. The Text drawings are associated with a price and bar and therefore move with that bar as it goes up/down/left/right with chart movement. The Stationary Text on the other hand, is associated with the graphics screen itself and can be placed anywhere, but does not move. It sounds like you want something that will move up/down with price but not left/right with the bars. We simply do not have something that does this.
