today i had problems with sierra, i have rithmic data! suddenly the positions were no longer visible and I had to delete all positions in the order window. one position was apparently still in the system, which I only got to see after about 5 minutes! how can that be?.

This is not something Sierra Chart has any control over. We cannot provide any explanation at all. We have no control over this, and we do not know what the issue was with the external system Sierra Chart is connected to. And we do not understand this: and I had to delete all positions in the order window.
