Real time CME feed for trial account

Hello, I just installed the trial SC today and so far, it looks like a great platform. I am trying to add real time data for CME futures and subscribed for the $11/month CME feed but am not getting real time data. Not sure if I need to purchase one of the SC plans. I've spent a couple of hours trying to figure this out and am asking for some assistance or be pointed in the right direction. Thank you

Yes we do see that you have that exchange active but the problem is this: The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Thank you. I did try to link to my IBKR account but did not realize there were more steps required, sorry. My SC account is now linked to my IBKR account (demo, not live) and my SC account has real time data when connected to IBKR. But when SC is connected back to SC Data - All Services, it is 10 min delayed. Does it take some time before real time is activated as I've disconnected/connected, opened/closed, etc. a few times and is still the same. Really appreciate the help. I plan on subscribing to SC with either package 11 or 12 after my trial is up.
