Sierra Chart stops working during chart trading

Ok, I am an avid trader from the chart and we use an automated .dll to enter trade entries. I have recently had an issue when dragging an open order on the chart (w/ chart trade mode on) and if I run the order into traffic or current price I get a pending order error and Sierra Chart will shut down. This is obviously for live orders only. Then I must restart to find the order again or flatten from the DOM. I used to simply get an error message and the order would move back to its original location. Has something changed, or can I compensate in the ASCIL code somewhere? Much thanks, |

This is caused by a problem in in the software from TransAct that is used interface to the TransAct systems. They have provided us a new version and we will be updating it, this week.
