Trouble Installing Sierra Chart

Hello,

I'm having trouble updating Sierra Chart to the current version. Nothing happens when I click the install button on the installer. I tried Uninstalling the program. It downloaded again perfectly fine, but nothing happens when I click the install button on the Sierra Chart Installer.

I clicked the " Read License Agreement" button = that worked fine
I clicked the " Send Log Support" button = that worked fine
I clicked the "Browse" button = that worked fine
I clicked the "Proxy Setting" button = that worked fine
I clicked the "Close" button = that worked fine
I clicked the "Install" button = nothing happens

I tried this on my on-site computer at home (Windows 11 Home) and I tried on a newly created Windows Virtual Machine (Windows 11 Pro).

I tried installing with my antivirus on and off.

Right now I'm left without a platform to use because I uninstalled the program with hopes of re-installing it but as I said before - that didn't work.
