I've read the sticky regarding CQG, & searched for tickets w/ the same issue before reaching out. I am running a separate installation for scanning markets on 4 exchanges (CME, COMEX, NYMEX, CBOT), & I am paying for a top of book bundle with my broker. Some weeks ago, I noticed I was not getting data for any market except the CME, & even with the ES (CME), the data was really slow, prices would be stuck a lot. My broker does not support Teton yet, & I'm not sure that would make a difference. I have the Denali data, & per a prior issue w/ not seeing depth of market (which is enabled elsewhere with Rithmic for my primary installation of SC), I was instructed to disable 'Allow Support for SC Data Feeds" in Trade/Data Service Settings (but expect issues w/ historical downloads). Well, I tried disabling/enabling that with this installation/CQG data, & that didn't fix it. Per a ticket I read, & the sticky, I installed a previous version, 2391, & that didn't fix it either. I imagine the only way to fix it is to enable the bundle w/ the Denali; however, I just paid for August with my broker. Please advise, & thank you. I know you don't like CQG, but it's what I'm working with at this broker, who been one of the better ones I've ever had. |

First make sure you are running the current version of Sierra Chart: Software Download: Fast Update You must have Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled. If you want to isolate issues with the data feed, just use a single chart without studies for testing. You can use a separate installation of Sierra Chart for this: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time For complete details, refer to: Prices / Data Falling Behind Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
