Any reason why the bracket order Stop loss and targets only work in SIM, in live mode only to enter a trade (buy/sell order) but not the stop loss or targets.

As long as the setup is the same between Sim and Live you should have your attached orders showing up in both cases. First make sure that when you are trading live that the "Use Attached Orders" option is enabled and that your attached orders are setup properly. Second, if they are not showing up after you place the order, then first ensure that you are viewing the prices at the levels of the attached orders. Then check your Trade >> Trade Service Log to see if the exchange rejected the attached orders for some reason. Make sure you are only using Limit or Stop orders for Attached Orders. Do not use Market if Touched orders.
