SC / IB Datafeed real time doesnt work

Dear madam/sir, I feel lost in your datafeed structure. I am using my IB account and I have paid today Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed plus Sierra Chart Usage Time. I have connected to my live IB account and my data still doesnt flow. Did I forget something or should I pay something else to get real time data? The problem is you also need to activate the CME exchange. You can do this on this page here: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SC_RealTime_DataFeed_SetExchanges After activating the exchange, you will need to restart Sierra Chart.
