when my charts open it is labeled

Hi Support Group,

I am unable to connect to my charting software, my charts come up but labeled "not connected" my broker tells me that I probably have to upgrade to package 10 or higher.
Please reply asap and guide me that I should be running up and live trading.

You are already using Service Package 10.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
