Good day, Since updating to the latest version and subscribing to the Denali data feed when I log off and shut down SC upon opening SC again everything is takes at least 5-10 minutes before it is up to speed and while it seems to download data from at around two months ago. Also the chart replay used to be much quicker in loading and it too takes a considerable time loading. Kindly point me to where this issue was resolved as I have looked. Thank you EJ |

These do not sound like anything out of the ordinary. In particular, there is always going to be a download of data when you have not been connected in order to fill in the missing data. And the replay will depend on how much data you have loaded for the chart. In general, we can only point you to the following to help with general performance items: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often In particular, we recommend starting with section 30.48. We do not see how this issue you are having a specific to a particular version. We are certain it is not. There is some other cause in your case. Refer to this help topic: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often We recommend going through a process of elimination, by a starting with a new Chartbook and just one chart without any study and see how the loading is. Also refer to: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.44 - Performance Differences Between Versions of Sierra Chart and while it seems to download data from at around two months ago. Check the Window >> Message Log to see if this is the case and if it is provide the Message Log that shows this.
