Order allocation issue with Rithmi and IronBeam

Good Afternoon, I was successfully using my iron beam account via Sierra charts. However, I recently did the apex trader eval account and connected Rithmic to Sierra. How do I set up Sierra so that my orders from the chart are allocated to both the IronBeam account and the Rithmic/Apex account. I went to the trade settings and under order allocation, I only see the rithmic/apex account as available, my iron beam account seems to have gone away. Please advise. |

We do not have the ability to send orders to different brokerage accounts. The Order Allocation to Trade Accounts only works when you have multiple accounts under the same broker and even then when the accounts are all available through the same login. Refer to the information here: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts -- Separately, if you want to trade two separate accounts, we recommend installing a second Sierra Chart such that you have one installation connected to one account and the other installation connected to the other account. Thank you for clarifying, John. I'll have two instances then, one for my PA at IronBeam and the other with Rithmic/Apex. Appreciate your prompt assistance, will respond back here if having issues. |
