Hi guys, I've sent through the Message log - can you look at it again please. I'm no expert, but I'm just wondering if the issue has something to do with the persistent differences between my computer time and the server time. It seems that the PC time quickly becomes different to the server time. Can you check this out please. BTW - AMP said the issue relates to the my Sierra connection, not to order routing - just saying... Thanks, Eliza |

We see the following in your log: Circular chart reference detected. Charts: 2, 6. Chartbook: 2018 MyBasic.Cht.
This can create all kinds of issues, and if you are having continuous problems, then this is probably the reason. Refer to the following: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.9 References to Other Charts / Continuous Full Recalculation of Charts You also had a lot of other charts being recalculated due to changes in another chart, so you might have other circular references that the program is not catching, so you will want to go through your charts and ensure you do not have more issues related to this. Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
There are only a total of 4 of these, 1 occurred at 01:02:07 and the other three at 15:14:49, 15:14:50, and 15:14:51. These were probably just a temporary loss of connection between systems, but refer to the following for all the information on this error: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
