I am setting up a new system and when I open a nyse-i-nyse daily chart I only get one candle. How do i get back candles like show up on my other daily charts.

We have looked this up. This does not look like a valid index, at least from what we can tell. What specific index do you want? Do you want the NYSE composite index?

sorry symbol I typed in is indu-I-nyse Have one candle in Daily chart and some candles are showing in the 13 minute |

Make sure you have the correct symbol settings. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings After this, open a new chart for INDU-I-NYSE through the File >> Find Symbol window.
