real time data problem

I'm not getting real time data. I have an account with STONEX, Global Futures. After reading the information available it sounds like you no longer support Global. If this is the case what can I do? What is Teton Routing? This sounds like I should add this service to start real time? Its no additional cost? Thank you!

If Stonex uses CQG or Rithmic for their order routing, then you can use Sierra Chart with Stonex. Otherwise, you will not be able to use Sierra Chart with your Stonex account, nor will you be able to get data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, since they require a live, funded, futures trading account. In order to use the Teton Order Routing Service, you would have to change to a broker that supports this service.
