Issue with trading live

I have a live account with Optimus futures but I’m using sierra charts for data and charts. I’m logging in to my live account on sierra. When I go to trade account monitors/balances I see how much I have in my account but when I plan a live order for a trade sierra automatically switches my account from live to sim and I don’t know why that’s happening. I don’t owe any money I have live real time data and everything. Just aren’t able to make trades live.

When this occurs it means that you are not connected to your live account. You need to go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and setup the connection to your trading account.
