This is resolved for your account. We provided your account access to Service Package 12 at no cost for 60 days. Although to take advantage of the full 60 days, you do need to have a paid Sierra Chart account at any other Service Package during that time.

After that you need to change to Service Package 10 or 11 depending upon whether you were using Service package 3 or 5. Package 10 is equivalent to package 3 and package 11 is equivalent to package 5. Service Package 10 and 11 support connections to external services.
