Balance problems

Dear,
AMP told me that I have a negative balance of -9,90 $ while, opening my Sierra Chart platform, it shows me +123,23 $.
The problem is that I need a +100$ account in order to start CQG real data time but they see only that I have negative account.
Please help me in understand which is effectively my balance.

AMP is going to have the correct balance. There can be issues with us getting the proper balance from the trading service. Refer to the information here:
