Balance problems

Dear, AMP told me that I have a negative balance of -9,90 $ while, opening my Sierra Chart platform, it shows me +123,23 $. The problem is that I need a +100$ account in order to start CQG real data time but they see only that I have negative account. Please help me in understand which is effectively my balance. Thanks. |

AMP is going to have the correct balance. There can be issues with us getting the proper balance from the trading service.
