I notice some differences in my chart data when I switch between the two services. I actually prefer the data I'm seeing with "SC Data - All Services [Data]" more than what I see when I switch to my CQG trading account (with Denali data). My broker is AMP. Is there any way to keep and trade with the data that displays with "SC Data - All Services [Data]" ? |

If you have things setup properly, then it should be the same data. Set your Sierra Chart to connect to your CQG account and then ensure you have the correct symbols by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Then check the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds. This needs to be set to Yes in order to get the Denali data while you are connected to CQG. If it is set to No, then change it to Yes and select OK to close that window, then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. If you did have to change the setting above, then you will need to select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download for each symbol in your chart (just once per symbol, not every chart). Otherwise, if the above is not the issue, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
