Before we update your other chartbooks, you stated in Post #3 the following: "Hello again, I can't download it on the right format to open it in Sierra What can be the issue?" Were you able to download the updated chartbook and use it or not? If not, what seems to be the issue? I wasn't able to use it, it seems like it's not on the right format after I download it from here. The logo actually appears like the earth from sierra chart instead of the white sheet like it should. Thank you |

Make sure the file extension has stayed as ".cht" (no quotes). And that the file is in the correct folder (the Data folder located under the main Sierra Chart installation folder). If these are correct, then the icon should not matter and you should be able to open the chartbook through Sierra Chart. Let us know if you are still having an issue with this. Attached are your updated chartbooks. Note that you had also attached a .dll file, but there is nothing we can do with that. If it is not working, then you will need to recompile it yourself, if you have the original code, or ask the person that developed it for you to update it and compile it.
